Like there's an agile one, and there's a beefed up slow one? Or are they all the same.

There are definitely differences from reaper to reaper. In an E3 video Sheppard fights a small (relatively) reaper in an on rails section.

Oh alright, that's cool then. Thought they were all Sovereign clones.

They definitely vary. At least, I know the human Reaper they were stewing up didn't have much in common with Sovereign in the looks department.

Apparently the core of every reaper is different based on the rase it was made from but the shells are pretty similar because it's an effective design. Although i hope they expand/retcon that later as i've always thought it was weak writing. We've been inside a reaper and there was no evidence of it there.

But in answer to the OP, yes there are different varieties. Some of the Reapers are smaller then what we have seen so far.   The E3 vid also showed the Occuluses making a return too so the Reapers will be using several things at their disposal.

Yeah did they not mention they also came in sizes going from 500m right up to almost 2km?
