Can some one helpe I have been trying to to this for a couple weeks and it won't work.

What exactly is happening.....
One you don't have ME2 registered to your profile....I don't know if this effects it or not but hey, it could.
Two, what steps are you taking to get the dlcs and what is the response when you do.

You may also want to list your specs if you can as well if the first doesn't help.

I've had a similar problem.

I installed and logged in to my EA acount on ME2 just now and, when prompted, input the Cerberus Code.

Following on from this I can see no way to actually download the content. I check the Bioware website and after logging in it is impossible for me to "register" ME2 as a game, I do so but see no new options.

I have also tried to re-input the Cerberus code on this page. Of course I am met with a message saying the code has already been redeemed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hint: Profile -> Registered Game Content.

Never mind, but thanks for helping. After a lot more poking around (into something that should really be much more prominent on the page) I found a link that directed me to the downloads page which, magically, had the ME2 DLC available despite no other indicates to such.

I found out the problem was trying it the other day and the card said expires 1/1/12 sorry for the comotion
