First off, I'll give you something I never received. Welcome to the forums. LOL
About the HUD, to me it really doesn't matter. I've seen HUDs that are atrocious. Too much going on with them and the such. With this one, it's simple and the color is really soft on my eyes. As far as causing eye strain for you, I can only suggest adjusting your TV or monitor for a darker effect. But again, welcome to the forums.

Its a nice thing to include, the only game I can think of though that does this is Deus Ex

^And the second one has an atrocious HUD, thankfully it can be set to invisible. (Mostly)

Fallout 3 (and I think New Vegas) have customisable HUD screens, which helped me immensely since my eyesight leaves much to be desired and I'm not always playing on the greatest of televisions. I'd be down for it.

I'll also add that crysis and crysis warhead also have customizable huds. It's something so simple, a toggle that changes the display... but a nice feature to have.

thank you for the welcome and the blue on this one is mutch better than ME2 but green and purpule are better on my eyes than even the blue and also it add more uniqueness witch this is about
