If you didn't choose anyone from ME1 and you don't romance
anyone in ME2 you would probably dies before the final mission in me3 due to blue
balls overload.

If you didnt romanced in ME1 and ME2 you can instantly use button "Awesome" in ME3 to destroy the reapers.
