Jack was gonna "cut loose" after the mission,Jacob and Miranda work for Cerberus(so they might go back after Shepard severs his ties there) Thane's dying(I'm assuming he'd leave to be with Kolyat) and Zaeed was just being paid to kill the collectors...
So it makes sense those ones wouldn't be serving Shepard,It's Mordin and Legion of those ones that I'm wondering why they wouldn't be there.
Well, in my playthough Jack is my LI. Jacob and Miranda are pretty loyal to me and I went against TIM in the final mission and they both supported me. Circumstantial.
