Yes.
I'm pretty sure you can't come up with one piece of evidence, that points to Kelly's "hypersexuality"-

Well, she tells you flat out that she's interested in... What is it, every alien on the ship, even that bad old assassin that scares her so much?

Mordin Solus is perfectly emotionally and psychologically balanced, by the way. More so than his student, who was so traumatized that he could never get over what they've done. Mordin's a typical genius salarian. The very model, in fact.

All I remember her saying was that personalities matter to her, not genders or races. That doesn't make her addicted to sex.

I don't think I'd call them 'crazy' for it, really. Having something similar to real human conditions, sure, but not insane.
Edit: Though, I wouldn't say Mordin has ADHD by any stretch of the imagination. Nor do I think Kelly is hypersexual. And I'm not sure you meant for your thread to be taken seriously anyway.

Mordin doesn't have ADHD, for example. He's a salarian, and by definition that includes huge intelligence, a high metabolism and a very fast work rate.
Ditto for Liara. We have no idea if a reclusive maidan archetype is common to the asari. They can't all be commandos or work in bars for three hundred years.

Don't think Mordin has ADHD - might just be the really fast salarian metabolism, as ElitePinecone put it.
Morinth is definitely a sociopath - she shows no remorse and manipulates people.
Liara doesn't really fit with Asperger's; she doesn't have the traits. Might be mildly, but I suspect it's probably mostly loneliness and misunderstanding of humans - as she so often says herself in the first game.

But the others, I'm not sure. Like someone mentioned above, aliens can't really be diagnosed with mental issues because we have no knowledge of their normal mental state. But Mordin definitely needs some Ritalin.

Really, being 'mentally ill' is difficult to define. Do some of these characters need some therapy? Yes, and Shepard provides. Does this make them 'mentally ill'? I wouldn't say so, but since the term is used so loosely, YMMV.

Diagnosis is more than labeling. Its a step in identifying appropriaie treatment. When you label such as you did, you actually are reducing their backgrounds into handy little packages of unhealthy behaviors. When in reality, the characters have coping skills, some are more healthy than others.
