It will end with Keepers dancing a primitive dance around a bonfire set up on the wreckage of Earth. Then the VS will admit to knowing the whole time/reveal that they were Shepard's long lost twin, no matter if they were your LI in ME1 or not. Shepard will respond "I should go..."

I could imagine an ending where Shepard dies. As he lays there dying he calls over Anderson. He whispers his last words to Anderson. Anderson with a emotionally shocked looked goes over to all of the squad mates from the past 2 games. They ask Anderson what Shepard said to him.
Anderson simply replies, "He said..." The squad mates look at him in anticipation. "I should go"

After the mission is over, the crew is in the cockpit. Joker makes a smart ass comment, Garrus says I have calibrations to finish, Tali says she needs to get on the elevator, Kaiden can finally finish wiping his brow in front of the yellow panel he is working on. The love interest is waving you to follow them into your quarters to "celebrate", and shepard smiles and says " I should go"
