what is more important, it shows XP bar half full, with only 675 points till next level. This means XP is granted after missions during debriefing screen as in ME2? That's not exactly cool imo.
I don't quite see how that conclusion follows. OTOH, I prefer mission XP anyway, so I hope you're right.

Is anyone else worried about there being a "Henchmen" option in the level up screen with Shepard? I hope they don't make us choose between leveling up our own damage/defenses or our squad-mates. Also, "Henchman" is a really mean thing to call them.
Bio has used "henchmen" internally since NWN. It probably won't be the term used in the release version.

The Henchmen option seems to be tied into Combat Mastery. This probably means that you can upgrade Combat Mastery in such a way to give bonuses to your squadmates' damage. This would be similar to what Miranda does with her class power in ME2. We'll have to see how that shakes out, but I would have loved to have this option in ME2.
I think Lift Orb is a grenade power like Frag Grenade and Proximity Mine. It looks like grenades are resource based, and don't have cooldowns. I bet this indicates that each class will have its own Grenade power; i.e., Soldier - Frag Grenade, Infiltrator - Proximity Mine, Adept - Lift Orb, etc. On the other hand, perhaps Shep gets to choose which type of Grenade Power he uses at creation or from mission to mission.

i hope lift orb isnt a grenade. why are biotics being muted and weapons replaceming those muted biotics? like singularity and the blackstorm, now therell be a grenade that lifts enemies? instead of just having lift?
i think lift orb is just an evolution of lift. maybe its just the new name given to lift when you evolve it into an AoE abilitiy.

I think it's a passive squad buff like Miranda has in ME2.Rezources wrote...

such as how Wrex killed Fist without warning in ME1 or how Ashley would kill Wrex if you took too long to calm him down on Virmire.
