Zaeed should give this speech in ME3

Just finished an epic ME1/ME2 playthrough as an Adept, and for once decided to play RPG rather than just play the game, if you know what I mean.
My Paragon femshep actually fell for Zaeed. What a pity he wasn't a LI.
I did the loyalty mission late in the game, femshep weighed up the good vs evil of leaving a few refinery workers to die or killing someone who would murder more than that number if left to live. I remembered Thane and Samara commenting on hard choices sometimes kill innocents but it is necessary.
I reminded Zaeed that I didn't like his choice but then went with it taking the neutral options and helped kill Vido. Strangely enough...no renegade points, but 2 paragon points instead.
My thoughts on this were that heping Zaeed to kill Vido is a necessary evil. I'm hoping that in ME3 we see Zaeed as leader of the Blue Suns. We need all the allies we can get.
Favourite team: Zaeed and Garrus.
I don't really want Kaidan back in ME3, even though he was the VS, and ME1 LI. Goody goody two shoes just pales in comparison to Massani.
Any other femsheps feel that way?

He was pleasant enough to talk to, but I have no real qualms about getting him off my ship.

Well, physically, Shepard's only 29, and Zaeed looks and sounds way older.john-in-france wrote...
I'm reading through the thread at the moment and it suddenly occurred to me that Zaeed isn't much older than Shepard. According to the Wiki Zaeed is 40 during ME2, and Shepard is 31. So why do we keep saying old man?

Obviously my Paragon has taste...
At the end of the loyalty mission, if a Paragon supports Zaeed, you get a one liner on the ship about it may not seem to be the right thing but I'd see later that it was. In my head canon, that was when my Shepard hit him.
I'm still amazed that I got no renegade points for that. Happy, but surprised.
Any good Zaeed fiction you can recommend?

Shepard was 29 in ME1, ME2 is 2 years later. On paper she/he is 31. The body is a mixture of 31 and less than 2 years old...
For the record on my computer screen Zaeed has dark brown hair, not grey. Yes the scars make him look older, most likely the hard living hasn't helped either. I was just pointing out that the age difference wasn't that huge for those of us writing fan fiction.

If you gave a Batarian Carrie Anne-Moss's voice, I'd probably think she was hot.
I kid, I kid. Her voice is a perfect fit for the bad-assery that is Aria, though.

1. Mine too! Team Bad Ass.
2. Exactly why my Colonist/Ruthless Shepard did not romance Kaidan. She thought Kaidan was too good. He whined about accidently killing a turian while Naomi's parents were vaporized right in front of her, and she lead dozens of soldiers to their deaths so she can get her own personal revenge against batarian slavers. (She also did this so the slavers would not get away to enslave a bunch of colonists again, but that was Priority Number 2).
Anyways. She knows what it's like to have the thought of revenge on her mind all day and night. So, she helped Zaeed carry out his vengeance. Also, she had to prevent a merc leader from enslaving and killing dozens of people again - but of course, this was Priority Number 2, again.
In my head, Naomi and Zaeed sort of "bonded" after his loyalty mission because both of them are all about survival, getting the job done, and both of them sacrificed people to achieve a goal. (Not to mention they pulled a Jesus. lol )
Safe to say, Naomi developed a crush on the former Blue Suns founder. She doubts it would ever work out, but she's still a girl, and girls can dream.
I can dream, too. <_<

I always take my Shepard's LI to the Garrus LM (whether they're any good for that mission tactically or not) just to get that shot. The wider angle is also nice, since it has Garrus at-the-ready-for-sniping in the background.john-in-france wrote...
