I have Mass Effect for the PC and I turned all of the graphics settings up to the highest setting and pretty much everything looks great but the elcor are still using the low res texture for some reason. I saw that there was a fix for Garus's texture so is there a similar fix for the elcor texture?

Is this a common problem with the Elcor texture? If it isn't I'll try and figure out why it's messed up for me.

Could be your video card, drivers, install etc. Post your specs accordnig to the "How to" thread, and we'll see what we can do to help.
