I'll never understand the obsession with customizing your shepard. If you're spending more than 20 minutes customizing some virtual faces, you have a problem. PROBABLY an insecurity problem.

It's called role-playing, many of us want a specific appearance that match the character we want to play.

O please. that doesn't explain the HOURS some of you people pour into the customization. Not to mention the whole show-off Shepard face crap. As if you were god and sculpted some REAL-ass faces.

Or maybe people just want to be creative and have fun with whats given.
Its not a bad thing to make the most of ME's features dude, or any game for that matter. However, i personally don't spend 20 minutes on trying to make a good face, but i do enjoy going into detail since the tools are there.
EDIT: Soz, back to topic.
Im not really a big fan of this idea myself. It dosn't seem necessary anyway.

really? no one likes the idea..? hm... unexpected.
Well, to be honest, it would probably save the devs some time plus, more often than not, fans can achieve better results than the default presets. It's not a bad idea, but I don't think it's going to happen.

Bioware always says they want to listen to the community. Also it would be an easy task for the devs to implement the facecodes. But, seeing as how the community is reacting you are probably right. too bad...

No I can't. it takes too much time. Again, I randomize and tweak. nothing more.

I don't know, maybe because creating intesting looking characters is fun? Maybe because seeing what interesting characters other fans can make is fun? Maybe because people want to play as acharacter that they actually like? It's already in the game, why the **** do you care what people do with it?King Zeel wrote...

I thought he sounded familiar. but I couldn't place it. So I did a Google Search on 'King Zeel'. And I found out some interesting things.
It turns out that a guy named Zeel has a rather big reputation as a professional troll. Basically, you can find 'King Zeel' on numerous websites, trolling hard in every direction. He even had a blog dedicated to the effort. It's so bad that there's actually a petition just to 'smite him off the internet'. It turns out he trolled so bad, someone's sister nearly comitted suicide.
I honestly wouldn't even be surprised if Zeel never played Mass Effect at all, or at least doesn't despise it as much as he pretends to. He's just a guy who gets his rocks off making people angry. Ignore him.

You deserve a cookie.
And it's a freaking ROLE-PLAYING game. No need to insult those that want to have a unique Shepard. <_<
