 I have everyone loyal except Jack (due to choosing Miranda during the cat fight) and even half way through the last "bubble" of Paragon it still won't give me the dialogue option to get her to forgive me. Anyone know the min level to amicably break up the fight, or worst case min to make one or the other forgive me?

There is no set score, as it all comes down to exactly when in the game the various confrontations occur. Spend the eezeo, respec Shep so he/she has the class skill which gives him 100% par/ren bonus instead of 70%, and try again.

Didn't do it for Jack but for Miranda it had to be like 90% full or around there.

oh I see.. I did Jack's loyalty mission last as I knew they would confront each other based of previous play throughs and put it off as long as possible to build up my Paragon.. But if I do it earlier I will need lower score?

I did it earlier the first time and it still wasn't high enough.

There is a forum post floating around frmo one of the devs which explains how it works. Its a percetage system, based on the amount of available par/ren points at the time. Effectively, if you have taken the renegade option in a few conversations, you have missed out on a set amount of paragon points in that conversation, therefore you do not meet the required percentage to make those checks.

The game forces you to chose one morality, and stick to it. If you want to be a Paragade, you have to use gibbeds save game editor to give yourself all the points in each scale, and then you can make your decisions however you like.
If on PS3, you're outta luck.
