My paragon will marry Ashley, and re-join the Alliance. Eventually he will retire from the Alliance and become the Human representative on the Council, before his death he will eradicate Batarians and Vorcha from the galaxy.

My renegade Sheppard will kill TIM and take over Cerberus for himself, then kill the Turian Councilor and air-qoute over his dead body then go to the Terminus systems and kill Batarians and Vorcha before his death.

He'll probably go to a peaceful planet where he'll marry Miranda (whose hopefully fertile by then) and have some kids one day.....all the while still using the Normandy every now and then to combat any threat that sees to upset the balance of the universe.

 1st Paragon FemShep- 

 I'd like to think she'd retire from the alliance.
She'd settle down on a planet with a hot and dry climate.
She'd spend time watching sunsets over the desert with Thane and evenings spent drinking wine with him.
She'd devote most of her time making memories with him until he passed.
After his passing, I could see her rejoining the Alliance and continuing onward with high-risk missions.

2nd Paragon Adept FemShep-

 I could see her wanting to walk away from it all...becoming a recluse...disappearing forever.
She'd try to convince Kaidan to come with her but he'd be against the idea of turning his back on humanity (Pretty sure that's the way he'd put it).
She'd ultimately convince him to help biotics like themselves by both of them teaching in or something similar to the Ascension Project.
They'd finally have the opportunity and time to get married and relax.. spending the rest of their lives enjoying eachother.
