Marriage, old age, and lots of little blue children

Actually, first thing he'll do is go on vacation for about a month. After that, he'd remain on active duty for a few years. There's going to be a lot of clean up needed after the Reapers.

After cleanup was done, he'd likely transfer back to Earth and serve a stint as an N7 instructor. After doing that for several years, a well earned retirement.

After seeing so much of the galaxy he decides he wants to see more. With his massive influence he'll set up the Alliance Exploration Corps and set off to discover new life and new civilisations with his trusty Joker, Science officer Liara and the rest of the crew.

Although I can think of a few alternatives.

Being a mindoir and akuze survivor I figure I'll just sell TIM to the largest Batarian slaver base and then nuke the largest Batarian slaver base.

Set up a quantum entanglement relay to the shadow broker and reinvent phone sex.

Find the biggest chunk of reaper I can find and throw it at the Turian councillor

Take a nice early retirement on the citadel, or the shadow broker ship.

My Shep is ren soldier. After reapers he possibly make alliance with Cerberus and go to destoy nonhuman races in the University. Stop. No Destroy! He make army of slaves from alliens to make a Utopia in Earth. Slaves works, Humans - hmmmm. Some pieces of humans - creates. Another goes in bioreactor.

and obviously hire garrus to calibrate customers weapons.
