On my main paragon playthrough he'll live with Tali on Rannoch, where he'll probably train Quarian Marines on not dying, or something. As for the Liara romance semi-paragon playthrough he'll disappear from all known space to continue to mess with the universe at Liara's side.

Though I highly doubt Shepard will survive, anyway.

Space Shep has her eye on joining the council, Anderson was only ever her place holder, and then she'll have petty revenge on everyone who bad mouthed her in years she was 'dead'.

Colonist Shep will take a long holiday reacquainting herself with her first love of building things that go boom. Once that becomes boring she'll set up her own colonisation company, security mechs, turrets etc provided as standard.

my Shepard is gonna be with Liara and throw celebration parties mostly with Garrus, Tali, Ashley, Wrex and maybe a few people from Mass Effect 2, still serve wit the Alliance as a Spectre and as a Soldier, and maybe try to track down the remainder of Ceberus because they give humanity a bad name
