It stops her from being a threat unless the ship or crew are attacked. She can't go geth and turn against the humans. Yes, she has weapons. She also has extreme limitations under which they can be used.

Except she has full control over the Normandy and, with the ability to process information several times faster than a human, it *should* be damn near impossible to set her back to 'factory defaults' unless she allows it. 

Short of just blowing her up, you can't really stop her. Thankfully she's on our side. 

So yes, she's dangerous.

Gotcha. Also I agree. Giving her a human body would not only take some increadibly silly reason to justify, but it would likely only serve to make her seem... Less human.

He is already here. Im a mirimancer  (and i guess you are too). Though I play femshep and I can't get her u.u so FKNG sad . Apart, Ashley seems up to the challenge too.

I  didn't mean that as an insult. That was a reference to the "face model". Not to mention that TIM is the other "modeled face" (Martin Sheen as well as his voice)

Regarding Ashley, she's gonna have to do some SERIOUS "brown-nosing."

Yes. In the Halo universe, AI go insane after seven years and have to be put out of commission. For Cortana in particular, she has actually sped up her inevitable rampancy considerably by storing a huge amount of information from Covenant databases. It paid off in the short term but she's cut her life even shorter to help Master Chief.

I don't know if this is a new form of trolling, but I absolutely loathe threads asking for the game to be more like GoW or Halo.

It's already too similar to Halo and GoW for my liking, damn it. More RPG elements! MOAR, I TELLS YE!
