I already have Miranda and Ashley for catsuits and Liara and Tali for armour. EDI is fine as she is and besides she'd leave Shep for Joker in a heartbeat.

Liara will also be in special biotic weave catsuit that enhances her biotics
and Tali will have a specialised techweave catsuit, designed specificly for her that reduces her tech cooldowns.
Both will have long hair wigs for customization options.

Please, no bodacious babe outline for EDI. It's not necessary, she's actually kind of fun as the disco ball, and there's no way to create her that will appeal to everyone. It won't even have plot advancement.

It does't changes the fact that Holographic females has already been used. You are right tough, they will never manage to make her appeal to everyone and it will definetly be plot useless! It's just that i liked EDI so much in ME2, but I won't die if she is kept as disco ball.I also loved the one who voiced her/it.

Yes. In the Halo universe, AI go insane after seven years and have to be put out of commission. For Cortana in particular, she has actually sped up her inevitable rampancy considerably by storing a huge amount of information from Covenant databases. It paid off in the short term but she's cut her life even shorter to help Master Chief.

EDI would be borderline useless as an VI. And if the Alliance/Council essentially rewrote EDI and dumbed her down to a VI, I fully expect Joker to start road raging them all over the galaxy.

It would be a good mission: to recover EDI from an Alliance facility (where the had been exeprimenting with her)...and at the moment when Shepard sees her "Darn EDI, you look...taller!"
