How do get the Steam version of Mass Effect 1 to play "Bring Down the Sky"?

Get a key from EA Tech support. Install BDtS (your ME version is the latest, right? v1.02 I think) and it should show up in your game's map as Asteroid X57 or something like that. There are several popular threads active right now about how to do it. Your mileage may vary.

I read on another topic that you have to place the installer inside the ME1 folder. Is this correct?
