I have a long running infiltrator named after Motoko Kusanagi (The Major, from ghost in the shell) who is an infilitrator with Hacking bonus power in ME1 and Infiltrator in ME2. It is perfect for her, in the show she hacks, snipes and has a tactical cloak skill.
Starcraft Ghosts can be build in several ways. Usually an infilitrator with a biotic power as a bonus, or maybe even a vanguard with a sniper rifle I can see.
Biotic shepard can be built as Jedi's also. Boitics and Jedi powers are pretty much the same.
Any of you guys make any themed characters modeled after any specific movies or animes?

Does he do alot of elbowing in that movie? I guess that isn't what stands out for me...

More knife work and hand to hand, but in ME2 we only get the Elbow of Death or guns.
The rifle is the first weapon you learn how to use, because it lets you keep your distance from the client. The closer you get to being a pro, the closer you can get to the client. The knife, for example, is the last thing you learn.

Interesting... I always thought of Inf. as more of a gimped Snake from MGS.

Not themed to an existing character, but I tend to 'borrow' character types from one RP game to another. My honorable-but-disillusioned-paladin from NWN2 became a paragrade adept: tactical, precise, controlled. My current DA:O wildcard-f-you!-bloodmage is likely to become a renegon, but I've yet to decide on the class. I'm thinking an engineer with dominate.
