I usually played Soldier first to get a feel for all the weapons. But since in ME3 all weapons can used by everyone, that's a moot point now, so I'll probably go for something else.

For me I have to say I enjoyed Sentinal the least in ME but I haven't played through yet on ME2 for that class so maybe the opinion will change

To experience the new animations for biotics and the refinement of Insanity I think I'm going with the Adept and Vanguard first and second. For the carnage I'll go with the Soilder third. All other classes will follow in no particular order.

But I'll play all classes multiple times, like I did in ME2.

I have infilitrator who never uses a sniper nor uses cloaking. I just never use those 2.

vanguard.  i actually sit back and shoot, pull, and energy drain.  in only charge defensively or to get the last kill

Adept, as I love controlling the battlefield, and once I have my sniper rifle, melee is never an issue.

Soldier first, for my primary canon Shep. Vanguard 2nd and then Engineer/Infiltrator. Though I'm hoping to tack on a Sentinel playthrough for import too

When I import both my good guy, and bad guy, in to mass effect 3 the good guy is, a soldier, and the bad guy and Infiltrator so there the two class, I'll play:)

I think I'll go in the order I played the game... first my Vanguard, then the Infiltrator, the Sentinel (which is my favorite class in both games) and last Soldier (I'll likely do 2 other runs of the game with Engineer and Adept)

I'm importing an adept first, and I'll stick with that class. I like biotics.

Afterwards, engineer and infiltrator, which I also enjoy.

or maybe ill scrap them all and create a new playthrough before ME3
