Undecided between soldier (male super-paragon) and vanguard (female super-renegade).

Well, my play order isn't really determined by class. My main Shep is who I'll import first, she's a Sentinel. After that is my Vanguard dudeShep for my "worst-case scenario" import.

Sentinel or Adept unless some other class gets a really cool new power I'm dying to use. But I'll play them all eventually.

First would be my paragon-canon Shepard in a non-canon class - Adept. Not Vanguard because it's hard time to Vanguard to charge around not knowing where the mobs come out and in which areas Charge just doesn't work.
Second will be renegade-canon Infiltrator.
Then paragon-canon in Vanguard class.
Then that famous womanizer Soldier.
Then rest 14 saves.

I have played a pseudo-Renegade maleShep soldier and a pseudo-Paragon femShep Vanguard since ME 1. So I will be playing as those two. I tried the other classes but was disenchanted with the changes made to most of them in ME 2.

I always prefered soldier due to having all the guns. Now thanks to bioware allowing Shepard to swap weapons I might dab in infiltrator or vanguard.

I have one of each class to import, but my first playthrough will def be soldier. I consider that my canon character

My canon Shep started off as an Infiltrator in ME1, became a Sentinal in ME2 (After I lost the first save where he was an Adept), and I plan on finishing off as a Vanguard.

 Definitely going with my Paragon femshep infiltrator for my first playthrough.  Definitely my favorite playthrough.  Then I'll probably play through my broshep vanguard after that.

an adept, duh.

then ill cry because my biotics still wont be potent on insanity, and that ill have to wait untill im level 15 to unlock singularity, or that i can only carry one weapon even though my abilities suck and i should be carrying 37 heavy weapons........

then ill play the vangaurd and prolly forget i ever played an adept.

Sentinel or Infiltraitor. But with the "everyone gets all weapons" thing I want to play as a shotgun sentinel.

Nothing can be compared to preparing the best sniper shot while Invisible and in slow mo and be like"You are going down,you mother"
