Soldier first, because I love the guns and the gunplay in ME2, and because it's been my main class through the series so far. Also, soldiers rely on guns, tactical positioning, and squadmate control. All of those aspects of the game will be improving in ME3, along with enemy AI, so logically, Soldier gameplay will directly reflect those improvements. Plus I'm super-stoked about the weapon customizing, and since soldiers carry the most weapons, it means I get to do a lot of modding

My next 2 will be Vanguard then Infiltrator, since they're my next favorites, but I intend to play them all multiple times.

 funny the only reason i primarily played soldier in the previous 2 mass effects was because only the soldier could properly use the assault rifle. seeing as i'm now able to carry every weapon as any class (and leave the stupid heavy weapon at home) and use it equaly effective. i'm considering infiltrator or vanguard.

My canon soldier. Although my favorite class may very well be the vanguard, Shepard being a soldier just feels..."right" if that makes sense.

soldier. For me testing out majority of the weapons is important as it can affect other classes when I replay with them
