This question has been asked a lot. I don't think anyone is entirely sure. The way things look, the digital deluxe edition will be Origin exclusive. The normal digital version is still up in the air (as far as I'm concerned).

Take note that sometimes Bioware will let a 3rd party allow you to download it but it could very well be after it comes out or a couple weeks before. It's all kinda in the air. (It's slim but still possible)
