If BW wanted to reveal it, they should've done it in ME2 (during the romance scene). We didn't see her face, but Shep did. That should be good enough. Would be lame if they did a similar thing (unmasking) again in ME3.

I agree, but that does not mean that they shouldn't do a quarian unmasking in ME3.
ME3 is going to be the final game of this trilogy and in my opinion the last chance for BioWare to reveal as much details about all the alien species as possible. Sure, they could me a 4th Mass Effect game (that isn't related to Shepard) and reveal the faces of the quarian in that game, but wouldn't it be much more satisfying to do it in the last part of the Shepard-trilogy?

Well, there's nothing exciting about her face, really. What could be different about quarian faces, that would make them exciting to look at? I doubt that theres much creativity out there, other than no pupils, different skin tone, smaller nose or some scales. Quarians are kind of generic space-elves with russian accent.
Personally I'd like to see unmasked quarian and see that it is rather an ugly looking species, just to see some nerd rage in the forums.

Just talked with a friend about it. If BW had ever planned to show us how Quarians (or Tali) look under there helmet they wouldn´t gave them faceplates you can´t look through.

not sure if that will happen seeing as in ME2 Tali states that even if their homeworld was taken back, they would have to destroy thier Flotila to rebuild their buildings, and that it would take 100's of years for their immune systems to build back up to where they would be able to survive outside of their suits. so the likely-hood of a Quarian taking their helmet off on Rannoch is HIGHLY unlikely.
