The ridiculous thing is that we have not seen a Quarian face yet. Do they only have family pictures with suits on? Common sense would say that for example Tali on her pilgimage has some pics with her from her family and friends, etc. Same with Volus actually. The only reason we have not seen them without suit is that Bio didn't bother to design them.

I know already people will be disappointed no matter how Tali or other Quarians look. They have played the game too far and player expectations are right through the roof. My guess would be they look reptilian anyway, because of the shape of their legs.

BioWare had a vote for this and the results were a massive landslide of Yes votes. From ME: Ascension we know that quarians look mostly human....eyes, nose, mouth and smooth skin so all the horror stories of what could be from the haters are worthless.

Then there's the "but the mystery" nonsense group.....curiosity is in human nature and mysteries are made to be solved so we should definitely 100% get to see Tali's face.

So if you're a hater or just plain talking nonsense please keep it to yourself so the rest of the human species won't have to listen to it.

Showing her face is like putting a mouth to Hello Kitty. HK is popular because her expression is whatever you intepret it to be i.e. she never disappoints. Same deal for Tali. It won't be possible to please everyone, but if just a few of the ones NOT pleased end up committing suicide, the world would be better off.

I must admit I am curious to see what a quarian look like, though I am concerned about being thoroughly disapointed.

It's very much the same situation as with Beauty and The Beast, where Beast turns back into a man.
He looked absolutely revolting to me, not because there was anything wrong with his appearance, but because I had spent more than an hour with his previous form which I had grown to love.
He wasn't Beast any more just....man!

I don't know about TALI. I would like to see a MALE Quarian's face, so you get the general idea, but would still be quite different from the female's faces.

That passage never says that the Quarians are practically carbon copies of humans, like the Asari. Consider that the Drell also have features similar to the deliberately vague descriptions of the Quarians.

If Bioware does decide to reveal the Quarians (most likely through Tali) I also hope they use the Drell as a template. Not in the sense that the Quarians should look like the Drell, but rather that the Drell represent a sort of middle ground between very human looking species like the Asari, and very alien ones like the Salarians or the Krogan.

I'm still not sure about Tali, but as some people have suggested, some other quarians would be nice. At the very least, we'll have a better idea of what to imagine her as.

I have not read the whole thread but I will go with my previous statements from threads like this or one in this thread because cant remember if i posted here before lol. But I think Tali's faced should only be revealed to people that import a Shepard that romanced her in ME2. I figure there will be a romance pick for new players or something like that so new players should get the tease like in ME2 if they romance her.

Yes, it should be revealed. It's a no-brainer. I'd even go a step further and give her a new suit with a transparent visor. Way more interesting to look at an actual face.

Mystery is good, but it's been two games. If this happened, Tali might even be usable in ME3 marketing. On the box and ****. She'd be movin' on up.
