I wouldn't mind if we didn't see a quarian face, but I am curious. I'd like to know what they look like, even if it was just via having a transparent visor for a short while. And hopefully it would be a genuinely touching moment too (assuming it would be Tali's face we see) and not something throwaway.

I would love to get to see Tali's face.
I bet that if you created peace between the Geth and Quarians along with saving Rannoch (The Quarian Homeworld) you'll get the chance to see not only Tali's face but the faces of other Quarians as well because when they travel to Rannoch they will be able to take their masks off.
