The only thing I don't know yet, if I will leave someone unloyal in ME2, to check out if that changes anything.

Sometimes people will randomly die holding the line. I think Mordin is one of the more common ones that will die for apparently no reason, so it's a good idea to always take him with you for the final battle.
For some reason, I think everyone is killable. Even the game discription says...Not everyone will survive. That could also mean Shepard too.mineralica wrote...

You didn't have to do much to get Shep to die in ME2. No upgrades, no one loyal or have them loyal and use the non loyal to get them killed or because the Normandy wasn't upgraded. That was a fun playthrough. Poor Joker.Fidget6 wrote...

IMO it would be pretty lame if Shep could die in ME2 and not ME3. :/
