Hello everyone,

Recently when i tried to play mass effect 2 and logged in in-game through the cerberus network. I got the message that my password didn't match. Appearently the password was resetted due to a incidient on EA Online. The new password was mailed to my email account that's linked to my main user account on the bioware socialnetwork (the account is named "slaYert" btw). HOWEVER i cant login to that particular email address, this has been the case for almost a year and i didnt mind it cause i never used that email address anyway and i figured it would probaly just be full with add's from EA (yes i was very dumb, back then) but anyway my question is:

Is their a different way to find out what my password is? Or could i change my email for my main account, but without losing all my dlc and such.

Or is my only hope the EA tech support

No one you will reach in here with this post of yours had anything at all to do with your account. Exactly like all of the forums, we are gamers in here, asking other gamers for advice and suggestions, just the way all of the forums are described at the top. Nothing official, and only a limited presence of a very few Bioware people dealing with very specific matters that they are tracking.

I know that I certainly had nothing to do do with changing any passwords as a result of the security breach two weeks ago . .

Weird then that the password of my account got changed. Well then in that case i'll continue sending mails to the wonderful EA tech support...

Their responsiveness via that route is considered poor. Use the live chatline, instead.
