I dropped/lost Mulhevy's holy symbol and i think its needed for a quest/plot progression.
I can't get to the bandit main camp now. Is there anyway i can get his holy symbol back?

Don't you need to bring that holy symbol to the mayor of Nashkel in order to advance the story? You did in fact screw up if you never talked to the mayor after getting that symbol, never picked it up, or never brought it to Nashkel and fought. You will need to either find where you dropped it or use Shadowkeeper.

No, it's not that action which advances the story. A different act does.
