Hello all, my game has just recently started crashing when I click new game for both origins and awakening. My specs are not a problem because I have been playing on max for several months. I was playing with an old character, when the game froze. I did the control+alt+delete but the game was not minimizing. After a few hours of nothing, I forced the computer to shut down, possibly corrupting some files. However, this shouldnt have made a difference because I then unistalled and reinstalled it just fine, but the problem persists. If it matters, this is a download of the ultimate edition. If anyone has had similar problems, or a solution, that would be great. (the other problems like this in the forum seem to be from running on laptops and such with poor spes)

A proper problem report contains a good deal more than merely the listing of hardware, although for many members here, that part is harder to understand. Nevertheless, a fully completed report form is the best way to go because of the way the hardware and software relate to each other.
