I bought the DAO Ultimate Edition from a store, but the disc was defective. EA issued me a digital copy via Origin, and after successful installation none of the DLCs that come with the Ultimate Edition (all of them) are authorized. I have registered the game on Bioware and log into my account everytime I play the game.

What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: If I downloaded the DLC via Origin, am I supposed to get an email with the promo codes? I never got one, and the only email I used for any EA or Bioware stuff is the same.

First you should look at http://social.biowar...8/index/7280573.

Then, there are a few stickies that discuss DLC, such as http://social.biowar...8/index/5151520 which specifically mentions the Ultimate Edition.

Also http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613.

The codes should be the same as before.  You just log on with your existing ID.  If you never installed and resgistered the codes yet, just use the code(s) that came with your UE.  The disc may have been defective, but you should still have the rest of what came with it.

Thanks, ShinsFortress.

I've read the links you provided before posting. When I was on the phone with EA, I asked if I could return my retail copy to the retailer. He said I could try, but it probably wouldn't work. He said he was giving me a full version of the game through Origin, and so there was no harm in trying.

Gamestop was kind enough to give me store credit, so I no longer have my codes. Origin game me my CD key, but no DLC codes.

Okay, that clarify your query better. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but if it was me I would simply have returned the first lot (in any country I have ever lived in, retail law supports this) and stood my ground if the store staff became antsy. After that, buy a brand new one. Possibly even from the same store if they treated you well!

The EA rep was very poor (which rates about 0.0 on my Surprise-O-Meter) in telling you that it probably wouldn't work. If you had the originals and proof of purchase you are entitled to at least a replacement or possibly a full refund (depending on where and when you bought it), as long as you have proof of purchase. Hindsight again, sorry.

If you are still missing codes, contact EA directly again. Do as much research as practicable first.
