I transfered my info from DA Origins to DA 2, everything about my Origins playthrough checks out correctly in DA2 stroy except the fact that Zevran was killed by Warden after interrogation. Is this a known bug or am I the first to find it?

I'm sure I didn't make a mistake during transfer because all the other facts check out. I only had one Origins playthrough where:

Warden was a female mage and survived.
Alistar and Bhelen became King alone.
Zevran got his throat cut after a breif talk. (Infact he never survived to the end of any of my DA Origins plays)

So how is it that zevran shows up again in DA 2.?
