HI everyone.
I have bought Mass Effect and Mass effect 2 on Origin, but i cant find the cerberus code... i have registered the game in the bioware social network, but the code didnt appear...
Some help?

Did you find the code? Just purchased the game and wondering exactly same thing, can't find code anywhere...

It should have been sent to you in email. Depending on the servers, might take an hour or two to receive it.
If its not in your inbox, and hasnt been classified as Spam and sent into another folder, contact EA support.

Check to see if any Cerberus Network DLC is available under Profile -> Registered Game Content on these forums. If not, then contact EA support and let them know you didnt get a Cerberus Network code with your purchase.

PGP i bought this too and it says it's suppose to come with genesis but i never got a code for that I am connected on the Cereberes network and all and I"ve downloaded all teh free stuff that comes with that but GENESIS isn't on there did you get a code and where was it?

Hi everyone, I had the same problem, I contacted EA's technical support explaining about this and they sent me the code for cerberus network. just contact them they will reply in a lapse of 24 hours.

With Origin pulled up, go to Settings(the little gear). Click on order history. Then click on the order that contains the copy of Mass Effect 2. If it is the digital deluxe edition it will contain a copy of your cerberus activation code with it there. Hope this helps.
