I am hoping someone can help me because I have tried EA Support and the like. I recently bought Mass Effect 2 and have attempted to activate the Cerberus Network through EA. When I enter the code--I do enter it as it says on the card--it does not recognize the code at all. If someone can help me with this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
