Yeah. I actually like the default hairstyle: makes sense to keep most of it up to avoid entaglement I guess. That's probably what the hood in concept art is for, too...

To be honest it's often difficult to place someone's voice if their using a different accent  to their normal/most known (Ms. Black did a hell of a job of the british accent ). Apparently she also did Helena Rosenthal from Crysis (american accent), but frankly I don't believe it.

But this is the same accent she always used, as far as I can tell.  British isn't a far cry from Australian, at least to my ears.  Which is what she is native and used in Farscape.   And sounds pretty identical to what we hear here and in Uncharted.

I will concede that she takes on some interesting speach mannerisms in this game, however.

Claudia is Australian but she spent alot of her younger life in England as one of her parents is from England iirc. Hence her very Anglicised accent.

I actually went backwards and played ME after playing DA:O, so I thought the characters in ME were quite lacking by comparison. Far better than most games I've played, but next to the DA:O characters, no match.

i thought morrigan WAS ashley when i first saw the game. big let down when i found out she wasnt. i thought ashley was kewl tho. have to wait till tomorrow to see what morrigan's like

I gotta say Morrigan.
There's something about a Brittsh accent that makes a total **** just sound hot.

I must be the only person who doesn't care for smarmy female companions in these types of games. I have three character going now, all at different points in the game, and none of them had Morrigan in the group for more than 5 minutes. Perhaps its because I generally play altruistic sorts but I just have no tolerance for smart asses; scantily clad or otherwise. =)

Tali'Zorah nar Rayya get's my vote. Although when ME2 comes out I have a feeling one of the ladies from there will take the throne. I'm not even sure Morragan beats Leliana for the DOA title...Let me play Leliana's song agian and then I will decided. *Wink Wink*

how about a Dragon Age Origins and a Mass Effect crossover?? Sten made allusions about his people being from another world. a babiy with super meteor rock fall from the sky. Blood Dragon armour appears in both games....has anyoe noticed how much the Archetect looks just like Skelator??

Seriously. KOTOR (the first one, not the rushed 2nd) was the best rpg I've ever played. When I play DAO I see it's influences and I just know that DAO is KOTOR 3: medieval setting!



Oh, and Morrigan is better than what's her name.

Ashley and ser Cauthrien are my most hated character in the games. I hate it when men try to be women, I mean seriously...that ashley dude even wore pink armor, WTF?

I would pick Morrigan, even though she's manipulative. I prefer smart women, even if they have evil tendencies. Ashley is dumb as a brick.

Kill Ashley. Then clone her. And kill her again. Then clone her and tape killing her so that we won't waste more resources on clones. That's my opinion and I think Morrigan will whole-heartedly agree, though I don't think she knows what a clone is, seeing as her world isn't in the same time.
