Oh. This is a hard one. Only four, I guess Liara would be my first choice, regardless, and I really miss Wrex, so I'd have him second. As for the last two, I'm tempted to go for Tali and Legion, if only for the intrigue, even if I've better reasons for wanting both. I'm mostly playing the game on casual difficulty, because story is the only real reason I'm playing games(that and killing time I don't have, but that's a topic for another day), so I don't really care about combat performance and/or abilities. The only thing that matters to me is their personality, and their potential to impact the story. Only time I ever played on higher difficulty was to get the achievements on ME, which was a cakewalk with a soldier commando, btw(spamming Immunity made me practically immortal). Keeping both Liara and Kaidan in the party for 2xLift and 2xStasis went a long way, as well.

There's plenty more I'd want though. I've already enough biotics, so I don't need Kaidan for that, but I like his character, so I'd like him around, if only as someone to chat with. It'd also be fun to see how Wrex and Grunt would really get along, given time. I really like Mordin, and that says a lot, given that I'm not too fond of salarians. Garrus is on my +list, as well, even if he does seem quite young, mentally. It seems to me that he's found a sort of mentor in Shepard, or at least that he looks up to him/her. But now I'm rambling. Again.

She does want to kill you. The only problem is, if you got her on your team, it's 'cause you're to strong willed for her "normal" charms to work. So she has to go about the old fasioned way of, not only convincing you to "mate", but also convince you that the process won't kill you.
