Hello,
So I am thinking about buying the Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Editiion pack.
I just opened my box copy of Mass Effect 2 and saw an add for the Blood Dragon Armor that I never knew about until now. It looks incredible...
I looked closely at the paper and see the code expires December 31st, 2011. so it's still good. But this paper has no code.
I see that I have to buy Dragon Age: Origins in order to get the code for the armor.
So I was wondering, how do I do this? do I have to download the game off Bioware's website? can I just go to EB Games and buy the PC box copy?
If I buy the Ultimate edition that includes Awakening and the DLC, will it still include the download code? or do I have to buy the box copy that has ONLY origins?
How do I get the Blood Dragon Armor?

Blood Dragon Armour only came with the Collectors Edition of DA:O, it wasnt included with the standard release of DA:O. It might come with the Ultimate Edition, but I dont know for sure, as I dont have it, just the CE.
Thats said, if it does come with DA:O Ultimate, then you will have to redeem the code on these forums, and then download it manually, as ME2 doesnt have an auto-download facility like DA:O does.
Instructions on how to redeem the code once you have, and how to download it, are listed in the Tech FAQ thats stickied at the top of the forum. You ony need to redeem the code once. When you do, it will be activated for both ME2 and DA:O.

...Eh? I bought a regular copy of Dragon Age: Origins and I got the Blood Dragon armor. I know nothing of this 'only-came-with-the-Collectors-Edition' thing.

If I remember correctly... when you redeem the BDA code, you can use it in both games.

My mistake. Turns out I bought regular edition of DA:O, the same time I bought CE of ME2, and another couple of CE's of other games. I thought they were all CE's.
