Hello all,

I made the mistake of purchasing Bioware points when I intended to download DLC for my xbox. I was not aware of the points only working for the PC version of the game. Sadly, I did not discover this until I spent my points on DLC or Mass effect 2.

I am hoping that someone could tell me how I can go about getting a refund. I greatly appreciate any help.

What content were you trying to get on the Xbox 360? I can look at your account and see what we can do to help you out. Please let me know what DLC you were trying to purchase and I'll investigate this for you. I did see that you did purchase some DLC for the PC, and you do have a digital download of the game, so you can use the DLC you recently purchased with BioWare points for that game.

Yes, I was considering installing Mass Effect 2 during the sequel celebration, but after looking at the requirements I noticed it wouldn't run well on my computer. So, I never installed it.

I was trying to get Overlord and Kasumi. After I realized my mistake, I decided to just go ahead and purchase Microsoft points in order to get the two DLCs. So, I already have both DLCs purchased and downloaded on my Xbox.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need to know.
