I've tried both being Paragon and trying "Concentrate on Sovereign" with the scene taking place with Udina and Anderson in the Presidium, and being Renegade and trying "Concentrate on Sovereign" with the scene taking place with Udina and Anderson in a darkly lit room somewhere. In both cases I said I didn't support an all-human council, yet I get the second paragraph both times upon import to ME1. Does anyone have a save that has the former?
To say that this annoys me would be an understatement.
