Which is funny, because Garrus is the one who would most likely be BI.

Garrus isn't romancing with femshep because she is female, hell he wouldn't even be into shep if it wasn't for the respect he has for her. He doesn't have a thing for humans period.

So if any character were to be BI, garrus is actually the easiest to implement without any explanation.

Yeah he's romancing her because of her "personality" *scoffs* Personality is soo over-rated But I'm really thinking about it now, and he does send off my gay radar a bit and if it's just because of Shep's personality I see no reason why Garrus isn't able to romance MShep

I don't know, would romancing a female scorpion be better than romancing a male one? Or conversely would a sapient scorpion prefer to romance a male or female monkey?

Really Garrus doesn't even like humans. (that way.)

You're not. Players think so, BioWare thinks so (and thought so since ME1 developement) and finally, Kaidan thinks so too.
