I think we need a planet that is covered in water, I would like to have a mission where we visit a water planet.

Anyone else agree?

I agree, I loved Manaan in KotOR. Hopefully we'll visit Khaje or something similar.

As long as it isn't actually Waterworld.

Team Normandy takes a vacation....

There are a few worlds like that that can't be visited, but it'd be cool to visit them. In addition to Kahje, there's Trident which is in a DLC system.

<shudder>

OP's title gave me some traumatic memories of that cinematic abortion.... bleh.

Though I'd certainly love to visit a hanar world in ME3... underwater especially... gosh that'd be super. ^_^

Just.... just... don't have Shep in a situation where she's adrift on a raft & has to fight "smokers" or drink her own pee. :unsure:

Likely never happen. Bioware hasn't included swimming, jumping or flying in any game in the last decade. I think they would carefully avoid a world of only water............where you could never swim.

I'd rather no such thing happen, than be on a water planet where we wade in ankle deep water the whole mission.

edited: maybe Jade Empire had swimming, never played it.

That movie would sell well in Shin Akiba.

Eh, I liked Waterworld tbh. It was a goofy camp movie that had a lot of "so bad it's good" acting! Who wouldn't laugh at Dennis Hopper growling,  "We'll keep an EYE out for that icky freak!"

:P

I'd really like to see a Hannar spaceship or space-station. They are probably filled with water for the most part and just have visitor areas and corridors of glass through which you see what is going on in the rest of the ship. That could make for a really beautiful setting IMO.

Maybe we have to walk along the bottom of the sea to find something.

That is a man who knows how to drink, notice the lack of helmet to splash his Jim Beam off of.

whaa...I liked Waterworld... but than again, I like lots of strange things... :)

And yes this is a fantastic idea!

But better yet I would like to experience THE VACUUM. Fighting in 0G! now that would be extraordinary!

I have had dreams of a water based Mako jetting around an archipelago like area with futuristic buildings in the distance, a Reaper directly above and Geth gunships everywhere that you have to fight off. Oh and music from those old school jet ski racing games.

Well there was KotOR and the lovely Manaan underwater section with the nice, sweet, slow - oh, so very slow, walking animation.

It wasn't very slow. It was very very very very very very very slow. You could use something to press the W button and go make yourself a cup of tea and when you returned, the character would've moved about 30 centimetres from where he/she originally was.

I had the same idea, a sequence with a fight without gravity is missing in ME, heck fights with different gravity are missing. But the problem is, that this would demand less cover and less tactic.

Btw: Vacuum != 0g
In vacuum there is the same gravitational force working as outside of an vacuum, you just don't have any air resistance so objects fall with the same speed and stuff.
just to sound like a douchebag :D

In generaly variety is the key, so yeah different types of world is better than repeat same dull dust worlds.
