Indeed. Not raising at least wisdom handicaps TNO's mechanical and character development. I find his stats end up similarly each playthrough, or I miss out on too much content. Fortunately there is some variation in ethical behavior to mitigate that a little.

Much as I enjoyed PST, I could not cite the TNO as my favorite RPG protaogonist. I cannot identify with him much, and while his story is entertaining and somewhat compelling, my detachment to him guarantees he will never be my number one.

No.  The Warden was just a plot-flag setting and talking head theater accessing gameplay mechanic.

His or her presence in the story was diluted through, not enhanced by, the origin stories.  The game barely acknowledged any of them.

I'm well known for my anti-silent protagonist stance, but others like Revan and the Spirit Monk do not have the same problem - and as a result they can be more interesting and do more interesting things with the character.

Protagonists from entirely text-based games, like the Bhaalspawn, I'd also rate as higher than silent protagonists in fully voiced games.
