I have no clue what I did wrong. I talked to her as much as possible but never got the romance options. Is there a wrong option doing her quest or something? I would really like an in-depth guide from begging of game to end if at all possible.

Did you find her mother on tantoonie? that is a must do, also tends to be easier as a light side and bringing her back to light side once she has fallen to the dark side.

Junhani is not 'tricky' to romance as there is no 'definite' romance for her, it is just hints and her expressing her feelings. Its like atton in KotOR II, there was a LI with him but it got cut, so in the end there is just him talking to squadmates about chances etc etc never really opens up to the exile, relatively the same in KotOR.

Except Juhani romance didn't get cut it is still there for the female PC.
