Just downloaded the game from D2D. There were a few Items for ingame use that came with the game.
Where do I put the codes for these items?
Bonus items from collector's edition

Well first up you need to register your copy of Mass Effect 2 on this site so it is linked to your social bioware account. You can do that by going to the menu option "Profile" and select "Register Games" on this site (menu is at the left had side) click which version you want to register and enter the CD Key that came with your game. Alternatively click this link :-
http://social.biowar...es_register.php
Once your game is registered you will need to claim your entitlements. Again you do this on this website, on the same menu again go to Profile and then "Redeem promo code" you will find there is a box to enter your promo codes there. Alternatively click this link :-
http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php
If you have done everything correctly then the extra content can be found on your user entitlement page which can be found on the same menu in Profile and Your Registered Game Content. Alternatively click this link :-
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
Then it is just a case of choosing which bit of content you want, downloading it to your PC and then double clicking on the file to install it once it has downloaded. After that fire up the game and sign into ME 2 with your social bioware account details and you should find ingame emails waiting for you telling you the content is active.

Yeah I know your "just saying". You're not a mod, why don't you let them do their job and you stick to playing the game.

To answer your question: They'll show up on your in-game email in time (after you get the new Normandy). Just play through the game and you'll get there/see them.
Have to agree with the others though. This is the ME3 forum, at least write ME2 in the thread title so that people don't get confused.
