One can see, through achievements, that I HAVE completed Dragon Age: Awakening.. Yet, my hard drive died on my recently and as I am trying to reload all of my DLC, Awakening somehow does not exist, yet I can prove I purchased it, because I still have the original Purchased, Email reciept thingy. I even tried to enter the "Redeem" code, only to get... Nothing. All other DLC is back in place and working, just not Awakening.

Any thoughts? Am I missing something rediculously simple?

Oh, and like many other threads, I spent at least two hours trying to fix this bouncing around EA sites, to no avail as of yet.

Simplified, how come all my DLC content is there, but Awakening is not?

Because Awakening is **not** DLC.  It's an expansion pack.  You at one time purchased it and installed it like any other game.  So somewhere, you either have a disc or its digital equivelant.

It was a digital download, yet.. I am having a tough time finding out how to reclaim it, let alone retrieve it. Suffice to say, a dead hard drive is a huge pain.
As I said, somethings are solved by the most simple solutions and I always seem to miss them.

Off topic.. That actor in your pic, is Merlin, from the old late 70's, early 80's.. Excalibur movie, correct?

What service did you download it from?
