Besides Genesis and the Terminus gear, my brother and I have between us all the DLC. Back in April our Xbox died(early model, red-ringed maybe five time before this) so a new one was needed. There was an issue with the file transfer to the new hard drive and some files didn't make it( name'y my DAO and ME saves) and the dLC for mE2 came out corrupt and in need of re-downloading.
Not sure how much of that is relevant but heres the issue. When the ME2 DLC was redownloaded, in most cases the DLC remains exclusive to the account it was bought on. Previously the DLC could be accessed on any account to allow a complete gaming experience but now he has access to nothing I downloaded and for some reason I have access to LotSB(purchased on his profile) but not the AAP1(also on his account)
Would love some tips on how to fix this or some confirmation that I can't do anything about it

Standard things you should do when getting a new 360 (for whatever reason).
1. Content license transfer.
2. Recovering your Gamertags.
The content license transfer should ensure that the dlc 'belong to the correct piece of hardware' as it were. The Gamertag recovery will also perform a certain function of belonging to the hardware as well. I assume you know how to redownload things you've already purchased if simply moving the dlc is insufficient, but if not then check this.
If you've done 1 and 2 everything should work correctly. Would probably also need to log into EA servers for the game to verify things as well I would imagine.
