he is not important at all . what role of importance does he have in ME 2 none . in fact Shepard is the only true one that matters in the ME Universe everyone else is a long for the ride

Man, I still believe Powell was the most important character in the Mass Effect universe. Without him Shepard would never know that Saren killed Nihlus, or where the beacon was moved.

then maybe EA is going with a different VA for his role . VA do not come cheap and maybe EA has decided that only a few main characters will get their original VA back for ME 3 .remember he was not a main character in 3 . Shepard . Miranda . TIM, are the main ones from ME 2 . outside of the ones like Wrex and Liara as well Garrus .

Anders proved in DA2 how bad replacing a voice actor can turn out. Its just not worth it, if you can't recreate the characters people already fell in love with in ME1 and ME2, don't butcher them by replacing their voice actors.
