I got an e-mail that the site was hacked so since I havent had nwn2 installed in a while I reinstalled nwn2 after a fresh install of windows xp. So as soon as it prompts to enter key it tells me that the key is invalid. I purchased my game through Direct2Drive and havent heard anything from customer support yet about my support ticket and they dont seem to be in a rush to help me. I know the key is right as I have tried to install the game several times as well as downloaded and requested my key from Direct2Drive. Hoping someone can shed some light on my problem.

You probably need to clean your registery database with rege edit.
You probably got an NWN2 with your CD key al ready in it.

I tried that since its a fresh install of windows I dont have anything in the registry. I did get a key from Direct2Drive but like I said its invalid. It has always worked before.
