I have the same problem. I just bought all the DLC and downloaded them. Now it says they are unautherized.

"Points" isn't where problems with the web site are covered, and always remind the new arrivals that this is all unofficial, with the formal support being from EA. The authorization problem is a failure in communication between the games and the web site, so the common thing is the web site, and it has its own forum.
