I really don't know if the option to pitch sweet woo to Legion is something the writers are ready for....
Although..... think of the possibilities... because really - Shepard would be romancing - not just one Geth Platform - but the whole of Gethdom ! 

This is so - because they share their memories.

So.... it is at least theoretically possible for Ms. Shepard to seduce the whole Geth race !  

How's that for "Make Love - not war ? !!!"

The Upside...possibly all the Geth might be ready to step up to defend Shepard - unless they get scared and dump her.  "Forgive me....This one is not worthy...."

The Downside...
Of course, if you toy with Geth affections - loving them and then leaving them - they'd probably be really hurt and be distrustful...after that.... for a while -until they learn that unpredictability is just part of organic life.                                   "This one hates your organic guts... don't talk to me..."

I went ahead and imagined a scenario where Ms. Commander Shepard did fall for Legion... but makes a tiny mistake out in the field....

Scenario:  The Normandy lands at a Geth base - where a HUGE Geth force is assembled for review - by a solitary Mobile Platform.  Commander Shepard walks down the Normandy gangplank....

 Commander Shepard:  "Hey LEGION !!!  My man -err... Machine..... I mean... BUDDY HOW ARE YA !!!
- COME HERE - YOU BIG LOVE BOT !!!"   

( The Commander throws her arms around Heretic Geth Platform 001000010111 and delivers a PASSIONATE HUG and KISS !!!  )  ( SMACK ) !!!
 

...And there is a VERY AWKWARD MOMENT... where the H.G.P.  just takes it... but then....the hug and kiss are over - the Commander lets go...and Heretic Geth Platform 001000010111 blushes a deep red and says.... 

Heretic Geth:    "No, no !!!  You have made a recognition error !  This one is designation 00100010111 - not Legion ! - Additional clarification - this platform....and the 10,000 behind me -  we are Geth Heretics !!!  
Can't you see the Giant "H" on our torsos, flags, and ships ???  !!!  

Commander Shepard:   ( Looks carefully... )  "OH YEAH !!!.... Hey Thanks !  That's a big help - because otherwise you guys all look the same to me....  Sorry...  - Gee I must have embarrassed the heck out of you !

Heretic Geth:  "This one is pleased to clarify. ( Softly ) Please call me ! ( discretely passes phone number.. )   
( Loudly...)    Now initiating hostilities... !" 

Commander Shepard:  "Bring it On, - Tin Man ! "

"BLAM !   ZAP !    KA-BOOOOOOOOM !!!!

I find interacting with legion to be incredibly soothing. His/their voice is just so relaxing. I just want to have a lot of dialogue with them so i can hear their voice.

 Just writing that scene made me laugh.  Yeah, I know - it's silly.   That's what makes it so funny. 
 I can imagine...that with just a bit of effort on their part...and some creative thinking, the Geth could catch on to what "sexy" means to organic folks.  Who says they couldn't evolve and change ?
